【追逐梦想英语演讲稿范文】Ladies and gentlemen, teachers and students,
Good morning! Today, I am honored to stand here and share with you a topic that is close to the heart of every young person: "Chasing Dreams."
Dreams are like stars in the sky. They may not always be visible, but they guide us through the darkest nights. For many of us, dreams are not just wishes—they are the driving force behind our actions, the motivation that pushes us to overcome difficulties and keep moving forward.
When I was a child, I dreamed of becoming an English teacher. I thought it would be exciting to speak different languages and help others learn. But as I grew older, I realized that chasing a dream is not as easy as it sounds. There were times when I felt discouraged, when I doubted whether I was on the right path. However, I learned that the journey of chasing a dream is more important than the destination itself.
Every day, I work hard to improve my English skills. I read books, watch movies, and practice speaking with friends. Sometimes, I make mistakes, but I don’t give up. I believe that every step forward, no matter how small, brings me closer to my dream.
In life, we all face challenges. Some people may tell you that your dream is too big or unrealistic. But remember, every great achievement in history began with a single idea. It is the courage to try, the determination to persevere, and the belief in yourself that makes the difference.
So, I encourage each of you to chase your own dreams. Don’t be afraid to fail, because failure is just a part of the process. And don’t be afraid to start, because even the smallest step can lead to a big change.
In conclusion, chasing a dream is not only about reaching a goal, but also about becoming the best version of yourself. Let us all take a step forward, one by one, and never stop believing in our dreams.
Thank you very much.
